Following the purchase of St Modwen Homes by Miller Homes, the marketing team were looking to refresh their sales and marketing suites. Without drastically changing the old marketing suites, the brief was to condense them into a double garage, find a more efficient way of display the samples and incorporate interactive screens.

Our approach

The team’s visited existing offices and spent time really learning the St Modwen customer and brand. This allowed us to re-design the offices into a functional space that puts the customer and their experience first. 

The result

The result

These offices are now being rolled out nationwide. The new samples unit is unique and vastly different to anything on any other development, showcasing the modernity of the St Modwen brand and house type.
