Sky-House Co. approached Evolution to create bespoke wayfinding & sales signage for their latest development. The signage needed to reflect the brand’s minimalist, modern aesthetic while also aligning with their core values of sustainability and high-quality design.
The client also required a 3D visualisation to showcase how the homes would appear once completed, helping to communicate their vision both internally and to potential buyers.

Our approach
To bring their brand to life in a physical space, we developed a signage concept that was clean, simple, and purposefully modern. Drawing inspiration from Sky-House Co.’s sustainable ethos, we introduced slatted timber cladding into the signage design—a natural material choice that echoed their architectural style and commitment to environmentally conscious building.
To complement the physical signage, our team produced a detailed 3D visualisation of the future development. This helped bring the unbuilt homes to life, giving stakeholders and customers a clear and compelling preview of what to expect.

The finished signage now provides clear, branded wayfinding across Sky-House Co. Waverly Way development, contributing to a cohesive customer journey from arrival to home tour.
