A key objective is to oversee every aspect of each job to include planning approval advice, monitoring control, health & safety regulation compliance, risk assessments and the liaison between production, manufacturing & installation.
Essential to every project is the role of keeping the client informed throughout the whole process. Our PM’s go above and beyond to check the correct building materials have arrived, bespoke furniture is built to brief, brand guidelines are being followed and they explain the day’s activities to their installation teams. As part of Evolution’s ongoing service to a client, our PM’s must regularly report on the project’s progression to our head office team and directly to the client.
