St Modwen Homes Rebrand

After St Modwens Homes conception 4 years ago, it was decided to be a good time to rebrand the Group. Not just the Homes department but the Commercial as well. No mean feat especially since the Homes had grown to over 22 live developments and the Commercial division having no records on file of the signage they had installed.

Evolution were excited by the challenge and dually through everything into the project. The brief through up some more challenges when it involved rebranding all the developments in a two week timescale. Evolution are not strangers to big rebrands. We famously rebranded 200 Westbury Homes developments to Persimmon Homes in 2005 in one week. So 22 in three weeks was a relative ease for us but add in the design, removal, refit and decoration of the Marketing Suites at the same time kept us on our toes. As always there was a tight budget and unforgiving quality control in place. The result and finish is something Evolution is very proud of and it has already been noted by other clients who have seen the work and have placed orders with Evolution since completion.

All developments now complete thoughts move on to the new developments and the roll out of the newly designed interactive Marketing Suites. Exciting times for the industry, Evolution and St Modwen.
