Avant Homes approached Evolution to develop their new Chesterfield sales office into an engaging interactive experience for visitors and homebuyers.

Evolution surveyed the existing open space and were asked to provide a modern design solution that included a complete home samples range, sales office desk and adequate storage space.
This would enable visitors and potential homebuyers to experiment with the available options for their homes and comfortably converse with sales advisors when looking to buy.
Providing detailed drawings and visuals, Evolution proposed a sleek bespoke design in-keeping with Avant Homes’ current brand guidelines.
Evolution created a unique glass internal office within the available space for homebuyers and sales advisors to engage more personally, allowing other potential customers to continue to experiment with the interactive samples range.
The samples range became a complete fitted system along the back wall of the sales office with gloss white doors and walnut shelving. LED lighting was placed around the ‘feature areas’ of this unit to advertise the most prestigious samples available.
‘Floating’ walnut units were added to the design to display our printed wall graphics advertising the available homes for sale.
Storage cupboards for the sales advisors were also provided with adjustable shelving to maximise the available space.
The Final Outcome
With the design approved, the Evolution fitting team installed all furniture and units over 2 days.
