Persimmon Homes approached Evolution to revitalise their Midlands regional office, which was in need of a modern update. The aim was to create a professional, branded environment that would reflect the company’s identity while improving the experience for both visitors and staff.

Working closely with the Persimmon team, Evolution developed a tailored design concept that brought their vision to life. Using 2D CAD drawings, we mapped out the reception layout, and followed up with detailed 3D visuals to help the client fully visualise the proposed space.
The design included bespoke reception furniture and brand-led signage, all created to align seamlessly with Persimmon Homes’ visual identity.

Following concept approval, Evolution managed the full manufacture and installation process. The result is a refreshed, welcoming reception space that blends functionality with a strong brand presence — setting the tone for the rest of the office and leaving a lasting impression on all who walk through the door.
