Keepmoat Homes approached Evolution with the vision to rebrand their marketing suites across all regional developments. The goal was to create a space that felt peaceful, warm, and modern—an environment that would reflect their brand identity and the build quality of their homes.
Each marketing suite needed to feel immediately welcoming, with a calming atmosphere that would help visitors feel relaxed and at ease. The spaces also needed to be functional, incorporating generous storage for Keepmoat’s wide range of material samples, along with a dedicated area for customers to browse selections comfortably—ideally over a hot drink. The sample displays themselves were to become a design feature, drawing in customers through thoughtful presentation.

Our approach
Taking the brief to heart, we curated a material palette that balanced modernity with warmth. Soft, neutral tones were paired with rich, oaky wood effects to enhance the sense of calm and comfort. To elevate the contemporary feel, we introduced contrasting black hardware that added definition without overwhelming the space.
Ambient lighting was used strategically to enhance the overall atmosphere, while bespoke sample display units were designed not only for function but also to serve as visual focal points. These showcase areas encourage exploration and provide a seamless customer experience that aligns with Keepmoat’s values of quality and care.
